What direction is the north pole for an electron traveling inside a tv
tube? There must be one considering they use magnets to deflect the
North.
What if your TV's aligned east to west?

right, but more accurate would be
toward the south pole generated inside the tube
electron's trajectory.
What I don't understand is that the magnetic field lines(flux) are
circular around the electron thus no converging or diverging path to
indicate a north or south?
