An empty bottle adapt to ambient temperature much faster than a bottle
with eyes. As ice has much higher heat capacity and additionally there
is the latent melting heat to provide.
Hehe, errata : a bottle with *ice*.
Not to worry. Your English is ***so*** much better than my Czech.
You both are wrong.
How would you know? Have seen any of my posts in Czech?
Not only morphologically, but he is plainly stupid in
what he said. Also, in physics generally. He must be your friend.
Is your point that air-filled bottles would come to equillibrium with
the room more quickly if the door is left open; and then it would take
less energy to cool them back down?

In contrast, ice would keep absorbing heat long after a comparable
freezer full of air-bottles would have stopped warming?

If so, might you have demonstrated more understanding than contempt?
