This does not need to be the case. Consider a twin taking off toward
East in an aeroplane, at at specific parallel, then returns one day
later landing from Vest. YOUNGER than his twin brother left home near
the airport.
Did you miss the part where Tom says it applies for inertial motion ..
not when acceleration and gravity is involved. He is just talking about
SR here.
We are talking here about clocks in simple inertial motion.
No sir, I did not missed. I am talking without gravity and acceleration.

If possible, please think. Based on prior experience, you might be unable!
